Happy Saturday, it's a beautiful morning made more so with your lovely card. So summery and delicate .
Congratulations Barbara, what a treasure you have won.
It was funny yesterday because I got home from work and went to check the new post on the blog, and of course there wasn't one, had totally forgotten, no comments about old age folks.
Alimecca, well done you on your swimming and walking, you are a bundle of energy, don't overdo it with your knee though.
Carmen, I do hope the Kid can make your Celebrations, it will give him a boost to be in the thick of things.
Elaine, hope Andrew is doing well on his trip and having great fun.
Yvonne, good news that Dillon is feeling Perkier , now where are those Vet pills, we need to give you some. The boys are being really good looking after you, get well soon.
Laine you are such a glamour puss, you must feel like a million dollars.
Hope everyone has a great weekend and your weather is good.
Hugs to all, especially our poorly and missing friends.

What a delicate beautiful sample you have for us. Can you imagine the look on a friend's face if you sent this for a birthday or just to say "your my friend and I care" it would make their year let alone day, then to mount it in a pretty box frame to keep it on show as a keepsake, what a lovely idea.
Many congratulations to Barbara, enjoy your special gift from a special lady. Sending Saturday hugs your way xx

Congratulations Barbara, I'm sure you'll treasure your win. It's been lovely to catch up with everyone's comments, I'll confess that I get overwhelmed in launch periods and don't have time to read everything - too busy ooing and ahhing over Sue's new gifts and wishing for a lottery win so I could buy them all! I love today's card it's so pretty! The butterflies are stunning especially in vellum, that's a great tip about glueing vellum. When I used to do parchment craft it was difficult glueing things without the glue shining through, but the way ou showed us how to use Cosmic Shimmer is perfect!
Congratulations Barbara!

Dear Sue and Wilsonettes,

Congratulations to Barbara on winning the pre-launch card. I had to go back to see what it was. It was the butterfly stained glass. I remember then thinking how far away June 24 was, and suddenly we're here.

Pat Youdell, I'll say it again because I can't resist: you're almost guaranteed to get better results if you uncross your fingers!

My Nobles came yesterday. Not sure I'll ever need the big ones, but I couldn't get the ones I wanted without getting them, too. I appreciate that you relented with the flowers. Maybe if you ever need to reorder, you could consider downsizing the package.

Later today is the gathering of the fabulous ladies who share my affliction.

I really, really, really hope there's cake.

Love,
Donita

Lovely card, Sue, like that you have embossed only one section of the background. Gorgeous vellum butterflies and exquisite floral element. Great video, thank you.
Yes Saba, am with you on the Caci facial, always makes me laugh (sorry Laine) - what is it anyway? Am I the only one who's never had a facial? though heaven knows could do with one, or preferably a new younger face altogether!
Yeti looking quite sleek and dapper now after his previous man-of-the road
appearance, but still has aggression though he acts the charmer to lure you into indiscretions - a bad bad boy.
Maureen, poppy up to my shoulder, flowers only last two days but fabuloso. Want some seeds when they're ready?
PP - good news re Dillon hooray.
Echoing Pam - and happy for Barbara on the card win.
Hugs.

Very pretty. Who doesn't love butterflies? Pergamano is a technique I've never tried nor do I think I could do it....bad eyes and arthritic hands, not to mention the special tools needed that I don't have. How wonderful to have dies that result in the same look when using vellum.

Good afternoon Sue and the lovely Wilsonettes,
Your butterfly card is so beautiful Sue with those delicate whisps of vellum making up the butterflies. The channel shows off the beautiful colour and enhances the delicateness of the butterflies beautifully. I don't have vellum at the moment but i do have a lot of parchment paper which will make them just as well. I am in the process of making up a box frame with Harry's girlfriends' name in it and butterflies are so pretty and enjoyed by all ages so i am going to colour cloud some parchment paper to let them take on a different look for the wee one, it is going up in her room. This was Kirsten got me to make a button frame picture with a baby's initial and name in it, only when she showed her other friend it she wanted one as well for wee Bella's room. My daughter is very good at lending out my services and talents to anyone and everyone she meets, aren't i so lucky....not. Of course if i do one for Bella, i will need to do one for Harry's other part time girlfriend Molly because i couldn't make such a difference and especially not when they all go around each others houses and go continuously on days out. Sometimes i could choke Kirsten for what she gets me into as when she tells the people when it will be ready when i have a million and one other things that i need to get done first. Anyone else who has a daughter like mine that you just think why me. Wee Molly's daddy said to Kirsten the other month back about Kirsten's granny sorting the wee lass's jumpsuit that was too long and who had done all the knitting for Molly when she was born. Kirsten had to straighten him in a few facts that it had actually been Harry's granny, namely me that had made all the things and had taken up the wee one's jumpsuit. All i can say is Murray better keep back as a granny with knitting needles and sewing needles can be a formidable force, hee hee hee.
We are having quite a windy day up here at Glenochil with things blowing all over the place. Campbell had made hooks to hook onto the rubbish bins so that they didn't blow away a few years back, but it is amazing the amount of people that just leave them to go anywhere and then moan when their vehicles get damaged because of it. Rory has been out to Stirling with his carer this afternoon and brought me in a rainbow lolly that i used to love as a child, so i am savouring it and definitely not sharing, lol. It's funny how the silliest of things can take you back in time when things were a lot different and in a lot of ways better.
Congratulations Barbara on your beautiful win, i know i treasure my card that i won a few years ago.
Well have a lovely day everyone and sending you all hugs whether you need them or not,
Love and crafty hugs
Norah (Glenochil)

Good evening Sue,

Elaine so glad Andrew is enjoying himself, hope he hooks a big one.
Trish sadly visiting the site more than one won't count, when you first visit it logs your IP address and recognises if you come in again. The only way round it is to log on when you are using another internet provider, at work for example but good try. Being in Germany, my IP isn't even counted! But I have found a way to trick it into thinking I'm in the UK, can't have my visit to Sues blog not counting!
Rosemary, I feel for you, hope having the MRI won't be too terrible for you and hope the results are positive. Be brave.
Maria have a lovely holiday, hope the knees don't cause you too much trouble.
Maureen were you trying to knock Pam off her no 1 spot. Naughty girl. And you've shocked Myra into the bargain.

Good evening lovely Sue and her crafty crew!

Really pleased to have another video demonstration, missed them during the launch. A fantastic card, love all of the elements used particularly the gorgeous butterfly and matching EF and the composition of the card is stunning. I should use vellum more often because i just love its fragility, it works really well with butterflies and flowers in particular. Great sample and demo Sue , thanks as ever for the inspiration.

Hi Sue,

An elegant and beautiful card for today, with delicate butterflies and pearls. Haven't watched the video yet but hopefully tomorrow, once we’ll get back from our weekly trip I will have time to enjoy it.

Congratulations Barbara!

Pam – Somebody is trying to take your early bird spot :)
Maureen – Bad night or what? You posted so early today!
Donita – Hope you had a day to remember!
Elaine – Glad that Andrew is doing well on his trip and having fun. Hope Helen is enjoying the quiet time. Sometimes is all you need to charge your batteries: quietness.
Rosemary P. - I understand perfectly how you feel. I had an MRI years ago. I am not claustrophobic but I have some breathing problems sometimes and I was worried that I won’t be able to stay put for the required time. Try to calm down and think about a happy event of your life during of MRI. Think about how exited you’ll be winning one of Sue’s dies! Don’t worry, I will hold your hand, you won’t be alone.
Yvonne - Good news that Dillon is feeling better. Get well soon.
Laine – Where is your maid, Princess? to help with the preparations for your uncle visit? After all pampering and shopping, you should sign off “Princess Laine” :)

Busy day: bought a new summer dress, a new pair of pants (white, red and navy; love this color combination). I followed Elaine example and got a new haircut and color.

Enjoy your weekend everybody.

Hi Sue,
I watched the video and this card is really lovely with the oh so delicate Butterflies.
I spend hours wathching your videos,as you are so talented inspiring me on.

Not been here much this weekend, as it is the first anniversary of my husbands passing away.He really supported me with my crafting and card making, often buying me the dies I liked and taking meshopping to buy them. He would reach out for my hand wheneverI passed him while sat in his chair.
Thank you for sharing with us all Sue,I so look forward to see what delights you bring us.
Take care.
